3. Anonymous Platform
Important: Unsaid is designed as an anonymous platform. This means:
- You cannot delete content once posted
- We cannot verify your identity to provide account-specific support
- Content is associated with an anonymous device ID, not personal information
- You are responsible for maintaining your own anonymity
4. User Conduct and Content Guidelines
4.1 Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to post, share, or transmit any content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains spam, scams, or fraudulent information
- Promotes self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or inappropriate
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonates another person or entity
4.2 Anti-Bullying and Anti-Harm Policy

6. User Accounts and Device IDs
- Your account is identified by an anonymous 52-character device ID
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
- You may not share your device or attempt to impersonate other users
- We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations
7. Rate Limiting and Fair Use
To ensure fair use and prevent abuse, we implement rate limiting on:
- Content submissions (posts, answers, comments)
- API requests
- Reactions and interactions
Excessive use or attempts to circumvent limits may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.
8. Advertising
Unsaid displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the app, you acknowledge that:
- Ads may be displayed at various points in the app
- Rewarded video ads may be shown for certain actions
- Interstitial ads may appear periodically
- Ad content is provided by third parties and not controlled by Unsaid
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
9.1 Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Immediate availability of all features
- Accuracy of all content posted by users
9.2 User-Generated Content
Disclaimer: Content on Unsaid is created by users. We do not:
- Endorse or verify the accuracy of user content
- Provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
- Guarantee the safety or appropriateness of interactions
Use advice and information at your own discretion and risk.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unsaid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Modifications to Service
